Cancelling a contract under the consumer contracts regulations

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your order with us.

This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.

If you’re cancelling your order with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us at your own cost . You`ll then receive a refund of your donation minus the postage fee.

How to return an item & how much does it cost?

Returns costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the garments are faulty. Returns should be sent first class signed for.

Prepare your parcel – place the unworn garments into the original packaging. Make sure the parcel is sealed and waterproof.

Send off your return parcel – return address:
Pyjama Fairies
PO Box 267
M41 4DU
Please send your return first class signed for.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

Faulty garments will be exchanged free of charge. If your garment is not faulty but you want an exchange this is possible but we suggest a donation of £7 per garment to cover the new garment plus £4 postage.
You will need to provide the donation if:
your order contained incorrect information: age, gender, measurements etc.

Can I resell your items?

We do ask you not to resell our items. Please consider donating them to your local hospital.
